Since ETS is a credited institution, all our qualifications are registered at the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). The QCTO is responsible for the accreditation of Skills Development Providers (SDPs). Ebenezer Theological Seminary is registered SDP of QCTO. We are accredited to offer three Pastoral qualifications (see curriculum) for the training of pastors as well as lay workers that want to become part of the ministry responsibly.

Methodology
You will have to complete the entire curriculum of NQF2 or NQF5 to obtain a qualification. ETS has adopted the following training methods:
- Option 1. Zoom classes can be arranged.
- Option 2. A flash drive with all audio records to guide the student through the entire module will be sent to the registered student, and a printed copy of the module and a copy of all assignments will be in the package. The student will work at their own pace, but regular contact via WhatsApp will be maintained for the duration of a specific module.
Students must indicate which training method they prefer in their application form.
Select modules from the curriculum for CPD purposes. All assignments have to be completed. ETS will record your results (SoR) statement on an internal database. If the learner decides to register for the accredited course after doing some of the CPD modules, these will count as RPL. ETS has adopted the following training methods:
